Curriculum & Learning Journey Intern

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Curriculum & Learning Journey Intern to help us organise, expand and future-proof our digital education ecosystem. You’ll work closely with the team to audit LANAH’s existing learning materials, identify gaps and opportunities, and build the infrastructure that connects it all - a robust curriculum tracker with clear tagging architecture and learning journeys.

This is a hands-on role that sits at the intersection of public health education, content strategy, and systems thinking. You’ll help us move from a collection of resources to a coherent, navigable curriculum that supports both our team and the communities we serve. Alongside, internal systems work, you’ll help us think about how LANAH’s education content can reach further - through social media and wider outward-facing initiatives.

This remote role is ideal for a student or recent graduate with a passion for public health, behaviour change, and evidence-based communication who enjoys bringing order and clarity to complex information.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct a structured audit of all existing LANAH digital materials, mapping content themes, formats and learning outcomes.

  • Identify and map content overlaps, gaps, and structural enhancement opportunities across all learning materials.

  • Document clear guidelines to ensure seamless team adoption and sustainable tracking maintenance.

  • Develop systems that enhance team operational efficiency and content quality.

  • Contribute to the development of a curriculum tracking tool ready for organisation-wide deployment.

About you

  • Essential: Strong analytical skills, exceptional organisational abilities, and comfort working with databases/spreadsheets.

  • Essential: Keen attention to detail and interest in educational mapping or learning pathways.

  • Essential: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to simplify complex concepts.

  • Desirable: A degree in Nutrition, Public Health, or a related field.

  • Desirable: Background or familiarity with curriculum design, educational taxonomy, or content strategy.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in digital nutrition education, develop real-world public health resources, and contribute to TTN’s mission of improving brain health through better nutrition.

The placement is fully remote, with flexible working and ample support and guidance.

This is a 75 hours placement, but additional hours may be available for the right candidate/s. If you are doing this internship with us as part of your placement hours we will be happy to discuss extra hours paid/unpaid with you.

Applications close at 9am on Monday, 19 October 2026.

Eligible students are current matriculated on-campus students; and students who graduated from QMU on-campus courses in 2026.
