About

Jeremy is an experienced leader and trusted adviser in strategy, operational and commercial roles in healthcare and the delivery of public services, with a track record of delivering performance and service improvements, coaching senior leaders, developing talent and inspiring organisations and their people. In his role as a Partner at Bain & Company he works with clients on to support healthcare providers and systems (public and private) in the UK and worldwide to achieve their full potential. 

Before joining Bain, Jeremy held executive/C-suite roles at the centre of the NHS and as a senior civil servant in the UK Government, serving in strategy and transformation roles in HM Treasury, the Cabinet Office and several Departments including DEFRA and the Ministry of Justice. He chaired the programme board that secured funding and approval for the UK’s National Rehabilitation Centre, a £100m development to create the country’s first dedicated facility for rehabilitation services, R&D and education on the Stanford Hall Rehabilitation Estate in the East Midlands. 

Jeremy was previously a research scientist having studied for a PhD in geochemistry and climate change at Newcastle University. He lives in Wiltshire with his family and is a keen gardener and supporter of local historic building and wildlife conservation efforts.
