Mick Milner

Mick is a qualified accountant specialising in mergers and acquisitions (M&A).  He has worked in the food and drink sector most of his corporate career holding various positions at Unigate Dairies Ltd, before moving to Uniq plc.  At Uniq, Mick's roles included head of corporate development and Finance Director for their Northern European businesses.

Since 2010, Mick has run his own M&A consultancy business, with focus on M&A support and business turnaround.  Clients range from family businesses to major UK plc's.

One of Mick's clients was a mental healthcare charity, where he supported the implementation of an outcomes based approach to care.
