Roger Drage

Roger is a Corporate Advisor/IP Lawyer specialising in corporate troubleshooting and negotiation. He qualified as a Solicitor with a city-based practice and subsequently worked in the music industry from 1976-2002  as Director of Business Affairs, then as Commercial Director at EMI Records Ltd.

From 1984-2002 Roger was CEO of Video Performance Ltd representing 800 UK and European Companies in the negotiation and management of their copyright affairs and the collection of royalties. 

From 2007-2011 he was Corporate Advisor to GW International in the USA and Europe, and from 2008 - 2010 Executive Director of Dockon Inc, a US-based technology company. During that time he was also Executive Director and General Counsel of Helperby Therapeutics Limited.

From 2011-2014 Roger was Chairman of the Board of Management of the Oriental Club, and is currently a Non-Executive Director.
